About CupScale

CupScale gives you fast, accurate answers to everyday kitchen conversion questions: how many grams in a cup of flour, how many cups in 250 g of sugar, what 180 °C is in Fahrenheit.

All weights are for level US cups (236.6 ml) and US spoons (tablespoon = 14.8 ml, teaspoon = 4.9 ml), using typical published ingredient densities. Real ingredients vary with brand, humidity and how they're packed, so for precise baking we always recommend a kitchen scale.
